If your school is like mine and doesnt have lockers..and you have to act up your bag around all day try putting it up high on your back. :)
Also you should go to your doctor or GP and he or she may give you a referal to a physio therepist, who will give you excersise to help your back pain.
Or maybee getting a knead once in a while. :)
