Should we be allowed on the school playground at lunch and break?

We have had a new headteacher this year and the things that she thinks of is absurd. Last half term somebody slipped over on some rubbish while playing netball on the playground and NEARLY hurt herself.
Our headteacher has now said that if your not fetching part in any sport activity at lunch or break on the playground then you are not allowed to go on there. She even comes and moves us off. There is like 800 pupils in my school and we all cant go along the side of the paths or in the blocks. We proper get moaned at if we are in the blocks as well. The playground is a place for us to go.
What do you think about it?

What should happen if an adult grabs two 10 year old children in a school playground while they are leaving?

He went on to accuse them of some naughtiness near his house. What action should the school take (he is a parent of another pupil)? What should the police do?

An grown-up laid hands on two children in a school yard? It seems incredible to me that the police were not immediately called.

I cannot imagine anyone I know allowing that to upon to their child, in this day and age.

As to what should happen, the police should be called and sort the matter out.

If the children did misbehave in some manner, it should be brought to faint, but the adult concerned should also be advised to keep his hands to himself.

Imagine if he tried to do this to an adult!

I smell a lawsuit pending over this event!
