Terry ranked 50th in Forbes' list of top business colleges Red and Black

The University's Terry College of Business made a new laundry list of the top 75 schools that give MBA students the highest return on their investment in a graduate business degree.

Forbes magazine produced the ranking, which placed the Terry College's full-lifetime MBA program 50th overall for the return on investment graduates had achieved five years after completing their degrees.

Forbes based the ranking on the proportion rank of return for the graduates of the Class of 2004. The magazine surveyed the grads about their earnings during those five years and compared them to their "occasion costs," which included two years of forgone wages, plus the cost of tuition and fees.

Five years after graduating, the in character Terry MBA graduate was $23,000 ahead, according to Forbes' calculation. And Class of 2004 alumni had recouped all their possibility costs in less than 4.5 years, on average.

In the survey, Terry MBA graduates reported a median, pre-MBA salary of $45,000 and a brace-MBA

Is ESLSCA a good business school?

I d like to take a proficient program in english in France and i never thought it will be so difficult to find a school. The ESLSCA offers right programs for me but im not sure its respectable enough. I d like to join a top business school of France like HEC etc

Bonjour,
Merci à ceux qui pourront me renseigner.

I have a degree from Imperial college, is doing a masters at leeds business school a step down?

In other words is it value just having a degree from a top university on its own or is there any additional benefit from a masters at a lower rate university. I would only be competent to do it in Leeds.

Well-founded question (I'm not sure there are any bad questions!).
It depends on the relevance of the Masters to whatever job you apply for later. I suggest that, as well as asking here, you resurrect the question directly with potential employers - consider writing to a few and asking how they value Masters degrees and contour your specific situation.
If you haven't already, you could approach Imperial's careers advice service (see below).
It's not clear why a Masters is only an choice at Leeds, if money is the issue do remember to watch out for busaries and charitable awards (you might even find something for IC students to take a masters far).
There are lots of options for Masters ... you could work for a while and then come back to the Masters or even do a masters in your own time.
I have been involved in recruitment for IT - a Masters was a actual sign on a CV but the content of the Masters and the character of the candidate could swing a decision the other way after interview.
(FWIW I don't think it's high to ask the question having graduated from IC (ranked 5 in the world) about the relative value of a second degree from Leeds (ranked 80), but the air of your asking and the response it evoked should tell you something about how a little diplomatic language can improve the responses you get - you might like to contemplate on that if you DO write to potential employers ... good luck!)
