Five Marshall teens have been charged with categorize A misdemeanor tampering with property in the second degree in connection with a mid-May incident at Marshall Treble School and the school bus garage.
Summonses were issued Tuesday morning, June 8, for Brian Day, 19; Joshua Toliver, 18; Dalton Jarvis, 18; Kristian Browder, 18; and Luke Weinreich, 18. All are from Marshall.
The five are scheduled to part of in court Wednesday, July 7, before Judge James T. "Tut" Bellamy, in Associate Court at 9 a.m.
According to a oversee report of the incident, the five young men who face charges flattened more than 90 bus tires and squirted a fabric into the exterior door locks at the high school May 18.
If convicted, they could be sentenced to serve up to one year in county pokey and/or pay a fine of up to $1,000.
